Drexel

This house was designed for a couple to accommodate their large and often visiting extended family, collection of memorabilia from world-wide travels and their desire for a home that will support both long-time and new family traditions. The formal scheme we pursued is a large main house for public activities downstairs and sleeping rooms upstairs. A home office appears as a small metal add-on as does a back porch. The hard-working kitchen is contained in its own metal shed plugged into the main house.
A second structure for garage and separate upstairs apartment complete the experience of living among several smaller, separate structures totaling 4400 square feet.
