This real estate investment and property management firm is known for managing over 200 relationships on over 100 properties. With an emphasis on service helping tenants succeed and grow, the owner also creatively develops spaces in ways that help lower operational cost for both owner + tenants. The firm’s main office remodel doubled the size of the original finished out space and created an urban style that better reflects their central location in the greater Houston area. We developed individual workspaces and shared spaces to encourage staff collaboration and transactional transparency.
